Jenny McNeill trained at Leith’s School of Food & Wine and in 2009, after a career break working in Alpine resorts, she launched Ginger Jar. Jenny learned her expert dish design and top notch service working at restaurants such as Heston Blumenthal’s Fat Duck, at Bray.
Ginger Jar has catered for some of the UK’s best known brands, at top London venues and for a huge number of private individuals, including events such as The Stylist magazine’s Beauty Awards
Previous to her life as a chef and business owner, Jenny had a career in marketing, working for international corporate companies and multi-channel marketing agencies.
